Vineyards: located in western Sicily
Average age of the vines: 15 years
Soil: sandy with calcareous
Harvest Period: from August 10 until September 25
Vinification: soft press with pneumatic press, skin
separation. Cold decantation for must cleaness (10°C). The
alcolic fermentation is done under a controlled temperature
of 15° C (max) for 40 days in stainless steel tanks. A part of
the Chardonnay is fermented in French barriques. Ending
the fermentation, the two wines are blended with the lees
and kept at 10°C with periodic batonage for 6-8 months.

Aroma: tropical fruit (pineapple), creamy vanilla
Palate: extraordinary armony. Supported by a balanced acid

Barolo Le Terre Red fruit and violets on the nose. The taste is full,

Lazzeretti Brunello Di Montalcino Robust red reveals faint whiffs
